Refunds

If Clip Bin isn’t right for you, ask within 30 days and you’ll get your money back in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Tell us the order number if you have it. You don’t need to give a reason.

Your order was processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, so Paddle issues the refund. You can also ask Paddle directly, using the link in your receipt email.

When you can ask

Within 30 days of buying Clip Bin. That’s longer than the 14 days the law requires, so you have time to use it on a real edit before you decide.

Paddle returns the money to the card or account you paid with. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank.

What happens to your licence

When a refund goes through, your licence key is switched off. Clip Bin stops working on every machine it was activated on the next time it checks the key.

Anything you captured stays in your projects. Clip Bin files ordinary Premiere subsequences into a _Clipbin bin, and they belong to the project, not to the panel. Removing Clip Bin doesn’t remove them.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway if:

  • you were charged twice, or charged by mistake
  • Clip Bin doesn’t run on a system it says it supports, and we can’t fix it

We’ll sort it out.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law. It doesn’t take any of them away.
